Ordering & Payment
How do I place an order?
Adding sparkle to your life is easy! Browse our website, add your favorite pieces to your cart, and checkout securely using Yoco payment processing.
Do you accept international payments? Currently, we only accept payments in South African Rand (ZAR) through Yoco.
Can I cancel my order? Absolutely! You can cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours of placing it, provided it hasn't already shipped. Just contact us at [email protected] or 081 429 1189 as soon as possible.
Can I modify my order? We may not be able to modify your order once it's been placed. However, contact us as soon as possible at [email protected] or 081 429 1189 and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
Shipping & Delivery
How much does shipping cost? We offer two convenient delivery options: * Courier Guy PUDO Service (Door Delivery): R60 flat rate, delivered within 1-4 business days. * Pep Stores Paxi Service (Pick-Up Location): R60 flat rate, pick up at your chosen Pep Stores location within up to 9 business days. We also offer free local pick-up at our Uitenhage second-hand shop!
How long will it take to receive my order? Please allow 2 business days for your order to be processed and packed before it ships. Delivery times then depend on the chosen option: * Courier Guy PUDO Service: 1-4 business days * Pep Stores Paxi Service: Up to 9 business days
Do you offer international shipping? Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
Can I track my order? Yes! For Courier Guy deliveries, you'll receive a tracking number to monitor your package's progress. For Pep Stores Paxi deliveries, you'll be notified when your order is ready for pick-up.
What happens if my package is lost or damaged? If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at [email protected] or 081 429 1189 and we'll be happy to assist you.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy? We want you to love your jewellery! You can return any unworn, undamaged, and unwashed merchandise within the following timeframes: * Full Refund: Within 7 days of receipt. * Store Credit: Within 14 days of receipt. Can I exchange an item? Yes! Follow the return process outlined in our Return Policy and specify your desired exchange in the email you send requesting an RMA number. We'll ship the replacement item to you once we receive your return (subject to availability).
Products & Collections
Are your pieces hypoallergenic? We strive to use hypoallergenic materials whenever possible. However, we recommend checking the product description for specific details about each piece. If you have any allergies or sensitivities, please contact us before placing an order.
Do you sell fine jewellery (gold or sterling silver)?
At Stylish Jewellery & Gifts, we offer a range of beautiful jewellery pieces, including both sterling silver and other materials. While we don't exclusively focus on fine jewellery like gold or platinum, we do carry a selection of stunning sterling silver pieces.
How do I care for my jewellery? To keep your jewellery sparkling, avoid contact with harsh chemicals, water, and excessive heat. Store your pieces in a cool, dry place. Click here for more detailed on care instructions.
Do you offer custom jewellery? Currently, we do not offer custom jewellery design. However, keep an eye out for future announcements, as we may expand our offerings!
